I just bought a Hearty Holidays Festival Pass, but why haven’t the rewards opened yet?

You still need to work to get tickets an unlock the prizes. If you have and it’s still not giving you the pass prizes then please contact ea help or take a look on answers hq for any known issues. I hope you get it sorted!
