Think of all of the people, the moments or even the things that have brought you comfort and also write down all of the things that you are grateful for at least once per day. This could include having a co-worker help you out with a tough project or it can be something as simple as thanking a loved one for doing the dishes for you.

Talk to Yourself

If you feel as though you are just being too hard on yourself then you are not alone. That being said, over time, this can cause you to form a very negative opinion of yourself and you may also find that sometimes, the difficult feelings are hard to shake. If you want to do something about this, then you need to be more open-minded with the voice that is in your head, and you also need to try and respond to negative thoughts with positive ones if possible.

Identify Negativity

Take a look at the areas in your life and then try and identify the ones that you think are the most negative. If you are not sure, then it could be wise for you to ask a friend or even a family member. There is a high chance that they may be able to give you some advice and they can also give you a helping hand.
