Regular exercise will reduce any stress and anxiety that may have built up over the past months. It doesn’t even have to be particularly rigorous—all you really need is something to get your body moving.

Many of us wish we could speak another language, but it takes a lot of time and thought to learn one well enough to be fluent. As you continue to spend time indoors, consider finally starting to teach yourself that new language. It’ll help keep your mind sharp, and you’ll learn a cool new skill to show off when you can head outside again.
Everyone needs to eat, right? There is a difference between cooking to feed yourself and cooking for the joy of cooking itself. Preparing a full meal can be almost meditative if you really start to get into it. If you’ve never spent much time in the kitchen before, start with something simple. There are tons of recipes online that you can work up to once you’re more experienced.
